Josue and his team were great. Josue came out and did a thorough evaluation of my roof with drone video and pictures. He walked thru all the areas of concern found in the inspection and provided me estimates for different repair options. After they installed the new roofing materials I had some questions about certain areas. Josue walked thru all my concerns and expressed issues he was seeing as well. It was determined that the materials had defects and they were going to redo it all under warranty. Once here for the reinstall he recommended adding additional venting to alleviate moisture issues I was still experiencing, which made sense to me. Josue also designed a solution to fix some damaged siding and window trim that sat along the roofline so it looked clean and finished. The crew were hard-working, respectful and cleaned up the area better than when they got here! It truly looks amazing. What appeared to be a simple roof replacement ended up having some challenges, these guys worked thru it all.
